This is a family business run by husband and wife and 3 sons, all very passionate about the quality of workmanship, so do not expect a super fast job.

What you can expect is a good quality job where they are neat and tidy, continuously consult with you regarding updates and designs if you take an interest in what they are doing. It did take longer than we were expecting but only overrun by about a week or so. On the whole we are extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

A detailed quote was supplied which listed possible extra costs if problems were found once work started. The original installation date was delayed due to bad weather (it’s winter!) but as we had a leak their scheduling guy managed to fit us in over a week earlier than the revised date.

On the day, a more pleasant couple of guys you’d be hard pushed to meet – they worked hard to get the job done promptly and were very courteous and tidy throughout. The finished job looks neat, was done on time and to the quoted price.
